城市之间公交定价差异的现象长期存在。本文对该现象进行详细的描述,运用规制理论原理验证定价差异现象是由城市间自然垄断及其规制存在不一致导致的,并由此强调了公交公益化,政府加大补贴的必要性。
The phenomenon of bus pricing differences between cities persists. This paper describes the phenomenon in detail, and verifies the pricing discrepancy by using the theory of regulatory theory. This phenomenon is caused by the inconsistency between the natural monopolies and their regulation in cities. It emphasizes the public benefit of public transport and the necessity of the government to increase subsidies.
