随着我市农村经济的快速发展,卫生服务不足与农民群众不断增长的医疗保健需求之间的矛盾日益突出。为此,我们有选择地在多湖镇进行试点,积极发展以病人为中心、家庭为单位、社区为范围的全科医疗服务。实践证明,这是提高农民健康水平的一条有效途径。多湖镇位于金华市城郊,辖35个行政村,1.9万人口,区域经济较为发达,农民生活水平较高,不少农民不仅希望有病能就近、方便医治,而且要求有医生为他们提供保健指导。多湖镇卫生院的软、硬件设施较好,又是金华卫校挂钩联办的卫生院和教学基地,在多湖镇建立全科医疗示范区,可充分发挥金华卫校最早开展全科
With the rapid development of rural economy in our city, the contradiction between the shortage of health service and the growing demand of healthcare of farmers has become increasingly prominent. To this end, we have selectively piloted in Lake Dohu to actively develop general medical services that are patient-centered, family-based and community-based. Practice has proved that this is an effective way to improve the health of farmers. Lake Township is located in the suburbs of Jinhua City, jurisdiction over 35 administrative villages, 19,000 people, more developed regional economy, higher living standards of peasants, many farmers not only want to have the sick nearby, easy to cure, but also requires doctors to provide them with health care guide. Duhuhu hospitals have good software and hardware facilities and are also affiliated hospitals and teaching bases affiliated to Jinhua Medical School. The establishment of a general medical demonstration zone in Duhu town can give full play to the first full-course general practice of Jinhua Medical School
