猴头可用于制造抗恶性肿瘤和消化道溃疡药物。主要发生于山区阔叶林和混交林中,既可在活树上寄生,又能在倒木上腐生。为摸索猴头菌的适宜栽培条件,我们用上海农科院食用菌所提供的菌种,初步研究了环境因子和营养物质对猴头菌丝体生长发育的影响。 (一)培养基:斜面培养基五组配方为①马铃薯(去皮)200克,蔗糖20克,琼脂20克,水1000毫升;②MgSO_4·7H_2O0.5克,KH_2PO_4·7H_2O1克,蔗糖3克,麦芽糖1克,葡萄糖1克,琼脂20克,水1000毫升;③在第二组的基础上加蛋白1克;④玉米粉40克
Hericium can be used to make anti-cancer and peptic ulcer drugs. Occurs mainly in the mountainous area of broad-leaved forests and mixed forests, both living parasitic trees, but also on the rotten wood. In order to explore the suitable cultivation conditions of Hericium erinaceus, we used the strains provided by Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences to study the effects of environmental factors and nutrients on the growth and development of Hericium erinaceus.
