当今社会市场竞争激烈,人力资源管理对一个企业的经营管理起着较为重要的作用,良好的人力资源管理,可以通过人才的合理配置,有效地培训管理,适宜的激励手段,帮助企业提高核心竞争力。但是目前我国的人力资源管理有效性还是存在着认识及体系不完整等问题。本文通过对人力资源管理有效性问题的剖析,给出有帮助的战略管理方法。
In today’s social market, competition is fierce. Human resource management plays an important role in the operation and management of an enterprise. A good human resource management can effectively train management and appropriate incentives to help enterprises improve their core competitiveness through the rational allocation of qualified personnel force. However, the effectiveness of human resource management in our country still exists some problems such as cognition and system incompleteness. Through the analysis of the effectiveness of human resource management, this article gives helpful strategic management methods.
