Tianjin Institute of Automation Pattern Recognition and Intelligent Control Committee held a conference on March 31, 1991 in the Tianjin Science Hall. At the same time, it held academic conferences and exhibitions. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Lu Guizhang, Director of the Institute of Automation, Director of Pattern Recognition and Intelligent Control Committee. Invited to participate in the meeting are the city Science Association Vice President Ge Shuan, the Society Secretary-General Luo Shaoan, attended the meeting there are Beijing Datong company, Beijing Daheng company and the city’s scientific and technical personnel a total of more than 150.
