桔全爪螨(Panonychus citri McGre-gor),又称柑桔红蜘蛛,属蜱螨目、叶螨科,是一种世界性的柑桔主要害虫,主要为害叶片和果实,给柑桔生产造成严重危害。对害螨的防治,目前仍以药剂防治为主。由于害螨具有繁殖系数高、迁移性小及突变速率大等特点,因而抗药性的发展迅速而严重。日本、澳大利亚、美国等国家许多学者相继报道了它对螨卵酯、苯螨特、三氯杀螨醇、DDT及许多有机磷等化学农药的抗性。在我国,许多地区都发现常用杀虫、杀螨剂对害螨的防治效果已大为下降。但有关桔全爪螨抗药性方面的研究甚少,尚未见报道。为此,我们于1986~1988年对几种常见杀虫、杀螨剂的抗性和几种药剂混配对防治害螨的增效作用进行了初步研究,现将主要结
