领导干部的影响力可分为“权力性影响力”与“非权力性影响力”两大类。“权力性影响力”是由组织赋予个人的职务权力因素形成的,具有外加性和强制性。“非权力性影响力”则是以领导干部个人的品德、才能、知识、情感等因素为基础形成的,包括领导干部的政治立场、理想信念、自律意识以及为人处世的态度、认识问题的深度、处理事情的水平,它虽然没有强制性,却具有“权力性影响力”所不能及的感召力、吸引力和渗透力。
