全媒体时代语境下,办公环境和方法发生了翻天覆地的变化,智能化、现代化水平不断提升,并在信息化技术的支撑下形成了全新的虚拟办公场所。Word相关系列软件已经成为人们工作生活中的必备文字处理工具,成为了办公软件的核心构成。Word编排是当前Word软件的基本功能,其主要作用就是通过文字、图片等信息的科学设置与合理布局,提高整个版面的统一性。对此,Word排版教学就显得尤为重要和关键。但就现状来讲,中职院校Word排版教学存在重理论轻实践、教学流程不科学等问题,对此,本文在简要概述Word排版教学现状的基础上,重点探讨了Word排版基础教学的具体方法和实用方法,以期为广大同仁提供有益思考与启示。 Under the context of the all-media era, the office environment and methods have undergone tremendous changes. The level of intelligence and modernization has been continuously raised. A new virtual office space has been formed under the support of information technology. Word-related software has become the essential word processing tool in people’s work and life and has become the core component of office software. Word layout is the basic function of the current Word software, its main role is through text, pictures and other scientific information and reasonable layout of the layout to improve the unity of the entire layout. In this regard, Word typography teaching is particularly important and crucial. However, as far as the status quo is concerned, the teaching of Word typesetting in vocational colleges has some problems such as light practice of practice, unscientific teaching process, and so on.
