通过铣削试验和钻削试验研究了铜对4Cr16Mo耐腐蚀塑料模具钢切削性能的影响,采用浸泡试验和极化曲线研究了铜对4Cr16Mo钢耐腐蚀性能的影响。研究表明,铜的加入能够显著提高4Cr16Mo钢的切削性能及耐腐蚀性能。
The influence of copper on the machinability of 4Cr16Mo corrosion-resistant plastic mold steel was studied by milling test and drilling test. The effect of copper on the corrosion resistance of 4Cr16Mo steel was studied by immersion test and polarization curve. Research shows that the addition of copper can significantly improve the cutting performance and corrosion resistance of 4Cr16Mo steel.
