目的通过对我国优秀女子铁饼运动员李艳凤旋转技术过程的运动学研究,从某些方面总结归纳出李艳凤旋转技术的优势特征,为有效提高我国女子铁饼各阶层技术训练水平提供理论依据。方法以长期跟踪的方式,运用高速摄像及解析、与国内外优秀运动员的对比、资料收集与归纳、数理统计等方法,完成研究内容。结论李艳凤旋转技术环节用时的节奏相对平稳,表现为整体技术过程流畅,最后用力阶段中表现出了快速、有序的肢体用力过程,符合技术的特殊要求;旋转技术过程始终遵循着以身体运动带动器械运行的、合理的技术原理;铁饼运行速度呈稳步提升、平稳上涨的变化趋势,在进入最后用力阶段前瞬间具备了接近10 m/s的速度基础,这体现着李艳凤旋转技术实效性、合理性的极大优势;身体重心水平速度变化特征表现出了2个特点,即旋转过程中身体重心向投掷方向稳步推进和最后用力过程更加快速、集中。
