“药渣、药汁色味检查法”判定中药汤剂煎煮质量的经验

中药汤剂煎煮质量直接关系到中医的临床治疗效果和病人的生命安危,是不可忽视的大事。但目前中药汤剂煎煮不按常规操作进行、药物未煮透就当作药渣废弃的现状愈来愈严重,以及诸多原因影响中药汤剂煎煮质量低劣的问题,均有名家论述和呼吁见于报刊。本文仅就判定中药汤剂煎煮质量优劣的经验予以介绍。中药汤剂质量的检测是一项很复杂的科学,国内尚无现代科学仪器和先进的检测手段对其质量进行检测。因而目前仍以对药汁的颜色、气味以及煎出量进行判定的传统经验为依据。但仅以煎出的药汁颜色和气味判定质量优劣是不全面的。如自豆蔻、砂仁具有芳香气味,煎煮后的药渣被咬破后,仍具有浓郁的香辣气味,内无水分,而其煎煮的药汁中同样具有白豆蔻、砂仁之芳香的气味;又如白茯苓药渣(调查品系 The decoction quality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction is directly related to the clinical treatment effect of TCM and the safety of the patient.
