100 rock drillers exposed to noise and downhole workers (control group) exposed to no noise were examined electrocardiographically. The results showed that 47 cases of abnormal drilling group, 23 cases of abnormal control group, the two groups compared P <0.01. Electrocardiogram abnormalities between the two groups were compared, the difference was significant test: the total number of abnormal items in the drilling group and the control group was 78: 27P <0.005; sinus bradycardia, sinus arrhythmia P <0.01; right ventricular height Voltage P <0.05; Age analysis P <0.05. From this analysis shows that noise on the human cardiovascular system does have a more serious impact. It also shows that ECG can be used as a routine inspection of the health care of rock drills.
