This paper analyzes the change from the traditional qualitative analysis to the current quantitative analysis of settlement modes of telecom operators and the shift from information isolated islands to enterprise data sharing between traditional systems. It also introduces how the fusion settlement analysis system can be used in telecom operators’ Management, fine marketing "to provide data support.
