一、概述多年来国内工作在几兆赫到几百兆赫频段内的放大器多用分离元件组装而成。体积大、费工费时,由于分布参数的影响容易产生振荡。国外已采用集成放大器,体积小、性能稳定。国内集成放大器还处于初始阶段,如5G922,FZ_2等宽带放大器已用于电子工业各领域中,但由于输出功率低、级联易振荡,所以使用受到一定限制。
