Objective To investigate the influencing factors of workplace intervention compliance in hypertensive patients. Methods 2009-04-2010-05 Kailuan General Hospital started downhole and underground auxiliary units in the post-primary hypertension workers in a comprehensive intervention. The patients were followed up every two weeks during the intervention period and the blood pressure was measured. According to the compliance of the subjects, they were divided into compliance group and non-compliance group. Analyze the influencing factors of compliance. Results In all the study cohorts, 1964 cases were complied with, accounting for 48.0%, and 2126 cases were non-compliance cases, accounting for 52.0%. Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors related to compliance were gender, age, type of job, Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the factors influencing the compliance of the study subjects included the type of work, educational level, baseline systolic pressure, and administrative intervention, with OR values of 0.645, 0.567, 1.245 and 7.670. Conclusion Downhole homework, low education level, low baseline systolic and poor administrative intervention are the influencing factors of poor adherence to workplace intervention in hypertensive patients.
