为保证人工砂自密实混凝土良好的工作性,通常会增大其胶凝材料的用量并复掺矿物掺合料。本文根据相关规程设计出人工砂自密实混凝土基准配合比,并采用Design expert对基准配合比中的矿物掺合料进行粉料设计,分别研究了矿物掺合料掺量对扩展度、J环扩展度、T_(500)、V漏斗排空时间和28d抗压强度的影响。综合考量确定了粉煤灰、矿粉和石粉的最佳掺量。
In order to ensure the good workability of artificial sand self-compacting concrete, it usually increases the amount of cementitious material and complex mineral admixture. In this paper, according to the relevant regulations to design the artificial sand self-compacting concrete mix proportion, and using Design expert to design the powder mix for the mineral blending material in the reference mix, the effects of the content of mineral admixture on the expansion degree, J ring expansion Degree, T_ (500), V funnel emptying time and 28d compressive strength. The comprehensive consideration determines the best dosage of fly ash, ore powder and stone powder.
