关于栽培制度和水稻品种与二化螟猖獗的关系,过去已有不少报导。七十年代中期开始推广杂交水稻以来,二化螟的猖獗为害有所加重。1980年我们系统地调查了二化螟在杂交稻汕优二号与常规稻508(广秋4309-2×5450)为代表两类水稻,对比研究了二化螟的侵入、存活和繁殖的差异。在本项研究中,供试蛹与成虫越冬代是把4月上旬查获幼虫置于室内,仍以田间拔回的稻蔸饲养,一,二代是把田间或有关试验中查获的蛹供试,并将老令幼虫置于室内用鲜稻株茎秆饲养。
There have been many reports on the relationship between cultivation system and rice varieties and rampant squamous rice stem borer. Since the beginning of the promotion of hybrid rice in the mid-1970s, the rampant damage caused by Sesamia inferens has been aggravated. In 1980, we systematically investigated the difference of invasion, survival and reproduction between the stem borer, Chilo suppressalis, in the two types of rice represented by hybrid rice Shanyou 2 and conventional rice 508 (Guangqiu 4309-2 × 5450) . In this study, the overwintering generation of pups and adults tested the larvae seized indoors in early April and were still kept in the paddy fields extracted from the field. The first and second generation were used to test pupae seized in the field or in related experiments , And old larvae placed indoors with fresh rice stems feeding.
