急性淋巴细胞性白血病(简称淋急)的治疗在过去卅多年里已取得了较快的进展.其中长春新碱(VCR)和强的松(Pred)组合而成的 VP 方案,对成人仅能获得50～60%完全缓解.为此,我们在 VP 方案的基础上增加环磷酰胺(CTX),氨甲蝶呤(MTX),组合成 COMP 方案加中药及髓内给药,治疗成人急淋35例,总有效率为85.7%.临床资料自1978年3月～1987年12月共收治急淋患者57例,均经病史、体检、血象、骨髓象,组织化学染色检查确诊,其中除去治疗时间不足两周及采用本方案不足两个疗程者
