介绍了代表不同技术流派的3台1 000 MW超(超)临界压力锅炉的设计与技术特点,以及实际运行时锅炉水冷壁的阻力情况,重点分析了垂直管圈水冷壁的阻力特性和在各种运行工况下的水动力特性.结果表明:在高负荷下运行时,垂直管圈水冷壁的阻力远大于螺旋管圈水冷壁;低负荷运行时炉膛热负荷偏差对水冷壁安全性的影响远大于高负荷时的影响.同时,提出了今后深入研究水冷壁的若干重点.
This paper introduces the design and technical features of three 1 000 MW supercritical pressure boilers, which represent different technical schools, as well as the resistance of the boiler water wall during the actual operation. The characteristics of the resistance of the vertical pipe water wall are analyzed in detail. The results show that the resistance of water wall in vertical pipe circle is much larger than the water wall of spiral pipe circle when operating under high load. The influence of heat load deviation on the safety of water wall in low load operation Which is much larger than the impact of high load.At the same time, some important points for further study of water wall are put forward.
