目的探讨根本原因分析法(RCA)在农村卫生服务机构跌倒管理中的应用效果。方法组建患者安全改进团队,对3所农村卫生服务机构护理人员针对住院患者跌倒问题采用RCA法进行根本原因分析教育,并指导其应用RCA于跌倒事件的分析处理。结果运用RCA后2所合作卫生服务机构患者跌倒例次显著下降(均P<0.05)。结论培训和教育农村卫生服务机构护理人员掌握并应用RCA,可降低农村卫生服务机构的跌倒发生率,从而改善护理服务质量。
Objective To explore the application of root cause analysis (RCA) in the fall management of rural health service agencies. Methods The patient safety improvement team was set up. The RCA method was used to educate the root cause of the fall of inpatients in 3 rural health service providers, and the RCA method was used to guide the analysis and treatment of fall accidents. Results The number of fall cases in 2 cooperative health service institutions after RCA was significantly decreased (all P <0.05). Conclusion Training and education of nursing staff in rural health service institutions to master and apply RCA can reduce the incidence of falls in rural health service agencies and thus improve the quality of nursing services.
