快速而准确地诊断和评价预后对降低急性心肌梗死(AMI)的病死率至关重要。微RNA(miRNA)是一类高度保守的非编码RNA,调控着信使RNA的翻译。它们大量存在于外周循环中,性质稳定,易于测量。大量的研究发现,心源性miRNA在AMI发病过程中发挥重要作用。该文就目前关于miRNA和AMI诊断的相关研究进行概括,为研究者在miRNA和AMI诊断方面的研究提供帮助。
Rapid and accurate diagnosis and evaluation of the prognosis for reducing the mortality of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is essential. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of highly conserved, non-coding RNAs that regulate the translation of messenger RNAs. They exist in a large number of peripheral circulation, stable in nature and easy to measure. A large number of studies have found that cardiac miRNA plays an important role in the pathogenesis of AMI. This article summarizes the current research on the diagnosis of miRNA and AMI, and helps researchers in the research of miRNA and AMI diagnosis.
