采用腋窝顶部切口植入硅胶囊隆乳术，手术切口隐蔽，隆乳效果满意，易为青年女性受术者接受。本文结合典型病例，介绍手术方法、手术要点及总结手术体会，认为熟悉乳房解剖关系、手术操作细致认真、正确使用胸大肌分离器、腔隙分离充分，是保证手术成功的关键。
