为了实现建筑企业快而好的发展,除了要重视工程质量达到业务的要求以此提升企业的形象外,还应该将工程的成本投入控制在最低,以获得更多的经济利润,增强企业的竞争力。所以拟订一套科学方案实现施工项目成本控制,使质量与效益到达最佳平衡点,是实现做好施工项目的必要条件。本文主要研究了相关控制工程成本的管理措施。
In order to achieve rapid and good development of construction enterprises, in addition to emphasizing the quality of the project to meet the business requirements in order to enhance the corporate image, but also the project cost control should be minimized in order to obtain more economic profits and enhance business competition force. Therefore, to formulate a set of scientific programs to control the cost of construction projects so as to achieve the best balance between quality and benefit is a necessary condition for the construction projects to be completed. This paper mainly studies the related management cost control measures.
