用脉冲Nd:YAG激光器的三倍频激光研究了含碘仿聚N-乙烯咔唑体系在室温和大气环境内的电荷转移交联聚合反应,测量了体系在曝光过程中吸收光谱的变化,观察到激光着色效应,研究了体系组成与交联聚合反应阈值能量的关系,得到分辨率小于0.7μm的蓝色光栅图形。
The charge-transfer polymerization of iodinated poly (N, N-vinylcarbazole) system at room temperature and atmospheric environment was studied by using triple frequency laser of pulsed Nd: YAG laser. The absorption spectra of the system were measured during exposure. To the laser coloring effect, the relationship between the composition of the system and the threshold energy of the cross-linking polymerization was studied, and the blue grating pattern with a resolution of less than 0.7μm was obtained.
