我所是轻武器试验部队,主要承担各种常规轻兵器的科研摸底、鉴定、定型和射表编拟等试验任务。从接受任务、编造武器弹药预算、制定实施计划、试验组织实施、数据处理直到写出试验报告作出结论以及试验理论与测试技术研究、国家有关轻武器军事标准的编修等工作均由本所独立完成。我所对技术人才的需求,不仅专业面宽,而且层次多。几年来,我们狠抓训练不放,在坚持依法治训,探索训练方法,提高训练效益上下功夫,初步建立了一套比较适合我所工作特点的训练规范、制度和管理办法,培养出了一支比较过硬的科研试验队伍。1991年来,
