针对与前常用的防除垢效果评价方法不能实时在线地评价换热器防除垢效果这一难题,本文提出了一种基于传热系数法和威尔逊图解法,并结合BP网络计算超声波应用于换热器中的防除垢效果评价的新指标防除垢效果评价系数及其修正,该修正方法以各种工况下换热器经除垢前后的冷热流体的出入口温度差以及除垢前和未结垢时的冷流体流量和除垢时间作为输入,以与变工况具有相同除垢效果的额定工况参数为输出。通过实例验证,修正后的防除垢效果评价系数不仅可以实现实时在线评价换热器的除垢效果,并且评价结果更为准确。
Aiming at the problem that the former anti-scaling effect evaluation method can not evaluate online anti-scaling effect of heat exchanger in real time, this paper presents a method based on heat transfer coefficient and Wilson’s diagram, combined with BP network, Anti-ridging effect evaluation of the new indicator anti-scaling effect evaluation coefficient and its correction, the correction method under various conditions before and after descaling heat exchanger fluid inlet and outlet temperature difference and before and after descaling When the scale of cold fluid flow and descaling time as input to change working condition with the same descaling rated operating conditions for the output parameters. Through the example verification, the revised anti-scaling effect evaluation coefficient not only realizes real-time on-line evaluation heat exchanger descaling effect, and the evaluation result is more accurate.
