为了探讨补充樟芝对力竭运动后大鼠肝功能及血脂的影响,本研究将40只雄性大鼠随机分成控制组(C)、力竭运动组(E)、樟芝组(A)和樟芝力竭运动组(AE)4组。依照大鼠每公斤体重每天投予0.3 g樟芝,为期四周;E及AE组以渐增式力竭运动模式跑至力竭。记录运动时间并分析血液生化指标包括:葡萄糖(glucose,GLU)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、丙氨酸氨基转氨酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、甘油三脂(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、高密度(high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol,HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,LDL-C)。研究显示E组的AST及ALT活性显著高于C组,Glu、TG及TC浓度显著低于C组,ALT活性显著高于AE组。A组的Glu浓度显著高于C组。AE组运动时间及Glu浓度显著高于E组。因此补充樟芝菌丝体能提升大鼠耐力运动时间,并减缓因力竭运动所导致的急性肝损伤。
In order to investigate the effects of Antrodia camphorata on liver function and blood lipid in rats after exhaustive exercise, 40 male rats were randomly divided into control group (C), exhaustive exercise group (A), Antrodia camphorata exercise group (AE) 4 groups. In accordance with the rat per kilogram of body weight daily 0.3 g of Antrodia camphorata for a period of four weeks; E and AE group run to progressive exhaustion exhaustive exercise mode. The exercise time was recorded and the blood biochemical parameters were analyzed including glucose (GLU), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), triglyceride (TG ), Total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) The results showed that the AST and ALT activities in group E were significantly higher than those in group C, the concentrations of Glu, TG and TC were significantly lower than those in group C, and the activity of ALT was significantly higher than that in group AE. Glu concentration in group A was significantly higher than that in group C. AE group exercise time and Glu concentration was significantly higher than the E group. Therefore, supplementing the mycelium of Antrodia camphora can increase the time of endurance exercise in rats and reduce the acute liver injury caused by exhaustive exercise.
