本文通过对缺口试样在低温下的多次冲击弯曲断裂抗力研究,初步探讨了结构钢45Cr、40MnB、20Cr、45钢等的多次冲击断裂抗力随试验温度而变化的规律,并以45Cr钢为重点研究了低温多冲断裂抗力与材料强、塑、韧配合的关系.认为在温度不太低(t>-50℃)的情况下,钝缺口(r=1.0mm)试样的多冲抗力,中温回火仍能显示优越性.在强、塑性能相近的条件下,40MnB的低温多冲抗力高于45Cr.45钢淬火500℃回火之后的低温多冲寿命是45钢正火态的10倍.20Cr低碳马氏体的低温多冲抗力较之上述几种中碳钢或中碳低合金钢调质态的都更优越.
In this paper, through the study of bending impact resistance of notched specimens under multiple impacts at low temperature, the law of multiple impact fracture resistance of 45Cr, 40MnB, 20Cr, 45 steel and so on varying with the test temperature has been discussed.
