[目的]观察补阳还五汤联合西药治疗脑梗塞恢复期疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例常规综合治疗,保持呼吸道通畅,卧床休息,维持水电解质平衡、颅内压以及血压稳定;神经营养剂营养支持,抗生素预防并发症及感染;控制血脂、血糖及血压。治疗组30例补阳还五汤(当归尾、桃仁、地龙各10g,红花、川芎各6g,赤芍12g,黄芪30~60g;气虚加鸡血藤15g,太子参9g,党参12g;痰湿加菖蒲12g,胆南星、半夏各9g;瘀血加三七、水蛭、全蝎各9g),1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、神经功能缺损评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程(30d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈9例,显效8例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈4例,显效7例,有效9例,无效10例,总有效率66.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]补阳还五汤联合西药治疗脑梗塞恢复期效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with western medicine in the recovery of cerebral infarction. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 60 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the sequence number of visiting doctor. Control group of 30 cases of conventional treatment, maintaining airway patency, bed rest, maintaining water and electrolyte balance, intracranial pressure and blood pressure stability; neurotrophic nutrition support, antibiotics to prevent complications and infections; control of blood lipids, blood glucose and blood pressure. In the treatment group, 30 cases of Buyang Huanwu Decoction (Angelica tail, peach kernel, earthworm each 10g, safflower, Chuanxiong each 6g, red peony root 12g, Astragalus 30 ~ 60g; Qi plus Millettia 15g, heterophylla 9g, Codonopsis 12g; Phlegm and Iris 12g, gall Southern Star, Pinellia each 9g; stasis plus Panax, leech, scorpion 9g), 1 / d, decoction 300m L, morning and evening oral; Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 30d for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, neurological deficit score, adverse reactions. Treatment of a course of treatment (30d), determine the efficacy. [Result] In the treatment group, 9 cases were cured, 8 cases were markedly effective, 11 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 93.33%. The control group recovered in 4 cases, markedly effective in 7 cases, effective in 9 cases, ineffective in 10 cases, the total effective rate 66.67%. The treatment group than the control group (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with western medicine has significant effect in convalescence of cerebral infarction and is worth popularizing.
