“六五”期间,国家将提高劣质煤在动力锅炉上的燃烧效率列为重点攻关的科研课题。通过几年来的工作,不论在燃烧理论、应用技术和经济效益方面都取得了较大的进展,开始形成针对我国动力煤资源的一套比较完整的燃烧技术。其中对于福建省低挥发分无烟煤的燃用进行了集中和广泛的试验研究,对其特性和有效燃用的方式的认识有了较大的提高。福建无烟煤除了挥发分特别低(最低~2%,一般3~4%)以外,还由于其化学成分和物理性能方面的特点,使其在炉内燃烧时不论在前期着火还是后期燃烬阶段都存在着困难,是国内外最难烧的煤种之一:燃烧稳定性差,助燃油耗大,灰中可燃物含量高,锅炉效率低(一般<80%)。因此,在攻关中揭示出来的问题和取得的成功经验,不仅对依赖当地无烟煤作
