我国当前处于经济转型发展的关键阶段,多数工业企业亟待转型,尤其是很多旧的传统工业企业需要融入时代新元素,实现价值提升。而旧厂房就成为工业转型背景下的剩余元素,如何结合时代优势,融入时代理念,提升发展品质,就成为当前整个工业改造过程中的重要要求。本文拟从旧厂房改造为港式茶馆的具体背景分析入手,结合港式茶馆的设计元素要求认知,通过融入创意经济的价值内涵认知,从而探究旧厂房改造为港式茶馆的室内设计思路。
At present, our country is in a crucial stage of economic restructuring. Most industrial enterprises are in urgent need of restructuring. In particular, many old traditional industrial enterprises need to integrate new elements of the times and realize value enhancement. However, the old factory has become the remaining element under the background of industrial restructuring. How to integrate the advantages of the times into the concepts of the times and enhance the quality of development has become an important requirement in the process of industrial restructuring. This article intends to start with the analysis of the specific background of the transformation from the old factory into a Hong Kong style teahouse. Based on the design elements of the Hong Kong style teahouse, it is necessary to understand the value connotation of the creative economy to explore the interior design ideas of transforming the old factory into a Hong Kong style teahouse .
