该资料来自三氯乙烯接触实验。其研究方法与其他溶剂接触法相同,即接触于休息和工作状态。实验方法,分三组,每组5名健康男性青年,接触是经活瓣吸入三氯乙烯,接触于休息和蹬自行车功率计两种状态。第Ⅰ组,在休息状态接触于100ppm 30分钟,再接触于200ppm 30分钟。然后于功率为50瓦特的工作状态下接触于100ppm 30分钟,在此工作状态下再接触于200ppm 30分钟。停止接触休息100分钟。第Ⅱ组:在休息状态接触于100ppm 30分钟,再于功率50瓦特工作状态接触于100ppm 100分钟。停止接触,休息100分钟。第Ⅲ组:在休息状态接触于200ppm 30分钟。再于功率变化为50、100、150瓦
