对世居海拔553、1,065、1,891及3,300米计1,255名成年人的肺通气功能及心功能指数实地调查。结果,以上四个海拔地区世居人群的肺通气量随所居海拔上升而增加(P<0.01);世居海拔1,891及3,300米人群的肺活量较世居海拔553及1,065米者高(P<0.5);世居海拔3,300米人群安静状况及做30秒20次蹲起运动试验,其心脏泵血功能显著优于世居较低海拔的人群。
Field survey of pulmonary function and cardiac function index of 1,255 adults at 553, 1, 065, 1, 891 and 3,300 meters above sea level.
