本人作为第25期中日医学基金会世川生于2002年4月~2003年4月间赴日本帝京大学医学院临床研修一年,与日本医生一道学习工作和实验研究,因而有机会实地考察日本的创伤急救医疗制度。签于近年来,各种交通事故和厂矿事故的发生率居高不下,故将日本一例颈椎Jefferson骨折伴全瘫的救治过程汇报如下,以供我国急救医学的发展参考借鉴。
I was born as the 25th Sino-Japanese Medical Foundation, Seokawa, from April 2002 to April 2003. I went to the medical school of Teikyo University in Japan for one year of clinical study. I studied and worked with Japanese doctors and I had a chance to visit Japan on the spot. Trauma emergency medical system. In recent years, the incidence of various traffic accidents and accidents in factories and mines has remained high. Therefore, a report of a case of Jefferson’s fracture with cerumen in the cervical spine in Japan was reported as follows to provide reference for the development of emergency medical care in China.
