本人作为第25期中日医学基金会世川生于2002年4月～2003年4月间赴日本帝京大学医学院临床研修一年,与日本医生一道学习工作和实验研究,因而有机会实地考察日本的创伤急救医疗制度。签于近年来,各种交通事故和厂矿事故的发生率居高不下,故将日本一例颈椎Jefferson骨折伴全瘫的救治过程汇报如下,以供我国急救医学的发展参考借鉴。 I was born as the 25th Sino-Japanese Medical Foundation, Seokawa, from April 2002 to April 2003.
