锌α2糖蛋白(ZAG)是近几年被确认的一种新型脂质动员因子,它能够促进脂肪分解,增加产热和脂肪酸氧化利用,降低体质量和脂肪含量。ZAG促进脂肪分解的作用是通过激活细胞膜上的β3肾上腺素受体和细胞内的cAMP信号转导途径完成的。同时,ZAG能够调控脂肪生成和分解关键酶类的表达,并能促进脂联素、抑制瘦素等的表达。ZAG在体质量和脂代谢中的重要作用提示,其可能成为治疗肥胖症的新靶点。
Zinc has been identified as a new lipid mobilization factor in recent years. It promotes lipolysis, increases the production of heat, and utilizes the fatty acid oxidation, reducing the body mass and fat content. The role of ZAG in promoting lipolysis is accomplished by activating the β3-adrenergic receptor on the cell membrane and the intracellular cAMP signal transduction pathway. At the same time, ZAG can regulate the expression of key enzymes in lipogenesis and decomposition, and promote the expression of adiponectin and leptin. The important role of ZAG in body mass and lipid metabolism suggests that it may become a new target for the treatment of obesity.
