选用单宁酸、腐殖酸、双酚A(BPA)及邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)为吸附质,对经强制放电再生后的1#和2#颗粒活性炭(GAC)进行再吸附试验,研究再生后活性炭对不同物质的再吸附能力。结果表明,不同活性炭再生后对单宁酸及腐殖酸的再吸附能力较高,使用半年的饱和炭再生后吸附能力基本都超过新炭,使用3年的炭再吸附能力也达到70%~80%;经再生后使用半年的活性炭对BPA和DMP再吸附能力恢复率都在90%以上,有的甚至超过新炭,使用3年后的再吸附恢复率达55%~70%。清洗再生炭比未清洗再生炭对单宁酸及腐殖酸再吸附效果有较大提高,而清洗再生活性炭对BPA及DMP的再吸附几乎无影响。
The tannic acid, humic acid, bisphenol A (BPA) and dimethyl phthalate (DMP) were selected as adsorbents to re-adsorb the activated carbons 1 # and 2 # activated carbon (GAC) Experimental study of renewable after the activated carbon on the reabsorption of different substances. The results showed that after the regeneration of different activated carbon, the reabsorption capacity of tannic acid and humic acid was higher. The adsorption capacity of saturated carbon after six months of regeneration was basically higher than that of new carbon, and the reabsorption capacity of carbon using three years reached 70% 80%. The recovery rates of reabsorption of BPA and DMP by activated carbon after six months of regeneration are over 90%, some even exceed the new carbon, and the resorption recovery rate after 3 years reaches 55% ~ 70%. The results showed that the recycle of tannin and humic acid by cleaned regenerated charcoal was better than that of untreated regenerated charcoal, while the recycle of activated charcoal with recycled regenerated charcoal had almost no effect on the reabsorption of BPA and DMP.
