人口质与量的矛盾是山区自然资源利用粗放、生态失衡的主要根源;不合理的经济结构与非科学的发展规划进一步制约了山区的协调发展。以科学的发展观为指导,构筑协调发展的技术体系,继续推进山区经济结构的合理调整并采取因地制宜的发展模式,是实现山区协调发展的必然途径。
The contradiction between population quality and quantity is the main reason for extensive use of natural resources and ecological imbalance in mountainous areas. Unreasonable economic structure and non-scientific development planning further restrict the coordinated development of mountainous areas. Guided by the scientific concept of development, it is an inevitable way to achieve the coordinated development of mountainous areas by building a coordinated technological system and continuing to promote the rational adjustment of the mountainous area economic structure and adopting a development model that is adapted to local conditions.
