矿井提升机逆变器中功率半导体器件易发生故障,提出一种基于空间矢量控制的容错逆变器,实现故障发生后逆变器由六开关拓扑切换至四开关拓扑持续工作。分析得到四开关逆变器空间矢量分布图,针对其不含零矢量的问题,提出用等时间相反矢量来代替零矢量的作用。为减少器件的开关次数,建立了四开关SVPWM的“七段式”算法。最后,基于Matlab/Simulink对提出的容错逆变器控制方法进行了仿真验证,结果表明所提方法的可行性和有效性。
In the mine hoist inverter, the power semiconductor device is prone to failure, and a fault tolerant inverter based on space vector control is proposed. After the fault occurs, the inverter is switched from the six-switch topology to the four-switch topology. The space vector distribution of the four-switch inverter is analyzed. In view of its zero-vector-free problem, this paper proposes to use the equal-time inverse vector instead of zero vector. In order to reduce the switching times of the device, a four-switch SVPWM “seven-stage” algorithm is established. Finally, based on Matlab / Simulink, the proposed fault-tolerant inverter control method is verified by simulation. The results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
