目的:探讨动态电视喉镜对喉部疾病的临床诊断和鉴别诊断的价值。方法:应用动态喉镜电视录像系统对1759例声嘶患者检查结果进行分析。结果:声带粘膜的浅层病变可引起粘膜波动的改变,但对声带振动影响较小;而声带深层病变,多数恶性病变,其声带振动和粘膜波动可减弱或消失;发高频音有利于粘膜波动的观察。结论:声带振动和粘膜波动的改变对早期识别喉部疾病具有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the value of dynamic video laryngoscopy in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of laryngeal diseases. Methods: The dynamic laryngoscope video recording system was used to analyze the results of 1759 cases of hoarseness. Results: The superficial lesions of vocal cord mucosa can cause mucosal fluctuations, but have little effect on the vocal cord vibration. In vocal cord deep lesions and most malignant lesions, the vocal cord vibration and mucosal fluctuations can be attenuated or disappeared. Fluctuation observation. CONCLUSIONS: Vocal cord vibration and mucosal fluctuations are important for the early identification of laryngeal diseases.
