介绍了M1500采煤机摇臂壳体上传感器的安装位置与数量的优化的方法,首先用UG软件对壳体进行三维实体建模,导入到ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件中进行了预应力下的模态分析,得出固有频率和振型。然后提取所选关键节点处的位移模态,利用逐步累积法,基于模态置信准则(MAC)确定优化的目标函数和约束条件,最终通过MATLAB数值分析得到传感器的最优布置位置及数量。
In this paper, the optimization method of the installation position and quantity of sensors on the rocker arm of M1500 shearer is introduced. Firstly, three-dimensional solid modeling of the shell is carried out with UG software and imported into ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software for prestressing Modal analysis, come to natural frequency and mode shape. Then, the displacement modalities of the selected key nodes are extracted, and the objective function and constraint conditions are determined by the step-by-step method based on the modal confidence criterion (MAC). Finally, the optimal position and quantity of the sensors are obtained by MATLAB numerical analysis.
