通过拉伸试验、组织分析、断口形貌分析以及焊缝显微硬度的测定 ,研究了钛 不锈钢爆炸焊接接头强度及退火工艺对焊接接头强度的影响。结果表明 ,钛 不锈钢爆炸焊接界面结合强度高于纯钛 ;退火温度低于 4 0 0℃ ,焊接接头的强度不降低 ,缺口强度约为 5 30MPa ;退火温度为 5 0 0℃时 ,焊接接头的强度显著降低 ,缺口强度小于 4 2 0MPa
Tensile test, microstructure analysis, fracture surface morphology analysis and the determination of the microhardness of the weld were carried out to study the effect of the strength of the titanium alloy explosion welded joint and the annealing process on the strength of the welded joint. The results show that the bonding strength of the titanium stainless steel explosion welding interface is higher than that of the pure titanium. The annealing temperature is below 400 ℃, the strength of the welded joint is not reduced, the notch strength is about 5 30MPa, and the annealing temperature is 500 ℃. The strength is significantly reduced, the notch strength is less than 420MPa
