GX-3.6高效浓缩机的给矿量、底流浓度和溢流水浊度等三个主要工艺参数,是通过自动检测和控制系统来保证和实现的。试验采用了电磁流量计、差压浓度计、光电浊度计与TP801A单板计算机和PID调节器,以及调速电机等组成,进行在线连续检测、数据收集和处理,定时打印出报表。该自动控制系统不仅使操作人员能及时地了解生产过程参数的变化情况,而且保证实现对浓缩机自动的调节。
