1996年4月,我受上海市教委的选派去筹建中的进才中学担任校长,这是我一生中个人意愿和领导指派相吻合的一次难得经历。一所新学校,一个新挑战。九年里,我与进才师生朝夕相处,情系一脉,我的思想历程与进才的发展历程互相印证。现在,由于年龄关系,我从校长岗位上退了下来,但有责任对这九年的办学历程,对进才的文化特质作一下梳理,这并不是对我个人作评价,而是对一所在中国教育改革发展最快时期孕育而生的学校的办学思考。
In April 1996, I was selected by the Shanghai Education Commission to set up Jinjin Secondary School as principal. This is a rare experience that coincided with my personal wishes and leadership assignments throughout my life. A new school, a new challenge. In the past nine years, I worked closely with teachers and students of Jin-Jin University and worked closely together for a long time. The course of my thinking and the development of Jin-Cai were confirmed each other. Now I am withdrawn from the position of principal because of my age. However, I have the responsibility to sort out the history of the nine years and the cultural traits of entering the profession. This is not an assessment of myself, A School Thinking of Born and Born in the Period of the Most Rapid Educational Reform in China.
