马克思主义大众化教学模式优化是指在科学的教学理念指导下围绕一定的教学目标对各种教学要素进行优化组合后所实现的教学结构的稳定化、教学活动的有序化、教学效果的高效化、实践环节的检验化。在这一模式中:一是要树立“以学生为本”的教学理念,使马克思主义大众化教学过程成为建立在对学生主体性充分尊重基础上的教师和学生双向互动的开放过程;二是设计合理而有序的课堂结构,通过各个具体环节的安排有机地把教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用融进每一个课堂教学过程中;三是为了尽可能地完成教学任务,实现优化的教学目标,必须发挥灵活多样的教学方法在粘合教材内容、教育目标、教育过程三个方面“润滑剂”的作用;四是借用各种社会反馈系统并以各种社会实践为媒介,对学生的学和教师的教形成一种持续性评价,以检验马克思主义大众化的有效性。
