我师自1981年以来,坚持为部队服务,为战备服务的科研方向,从基层实际需要出发,针对现行卫生装备和摩托化部队未来作战卫勤保障中急待解决的问题,发扬攻关精神,统筹安排,积极开展医疗卫生装备技术革新工作,收到了较好的效果。4年来,共研制成功了7项成果。经总部、军区批准的7项,其中获得国家发明三等奖和全军科技成果一等奖1项;获得全军科技成果二等奖3项;三等奖3项。这些成果促进了部队卫生战备落实,提高了师、团卫勤机构战时快速反应能力,改善了平战时卫勤保障手段,为更好地完成未来战争赋予我们的卫勤保障任务奠定了物质基础。现将我们的作法与体会介绍如下。一、克服“等、靠、怕”的思想是搞好科研技术
Since 1981, our division has adhered to the scientific research direction of serving the army and serving for combat readiness.
