目的：概述氟康唑在眼科的研究进展。方法：参考近５年的文献结合自己的研究工作，介绍氟康唑的制剂开发、作用机制及在眼科中的药动学、药效学与临床应用。结果：氟康唑具有抗菌谱广、性质稳定、水溶性好、组织分布广、眼穿透性强等特点，可口服、静注与局部应用。治疗眼部真菌感染，疗效好，副作用少。结论：氟康唑治疗眼部真菌感染展现出良好的应用前景
Objective: To summarize the research progress of fluconazole in ophthalmology. Methods: With reference to the literature of recent 5 years and combining with my own research work, this article introduced the formulation development, mechanism of action of fluconazole and its pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and clinical application in ophthalmology. Results: Fluconazole has broad antimicrobial spectrum, stable properties, good water solubility, wide distribution of tissues and strong penetrating of eyes. It can be taken orally, intravenously and topically. Treatment of fungal eye infections, good effect, fewer side effects. Conclusion: Fluconazole treatment of ocular fungal infection has shown a good prospect
