Although the name of the U.S. Army is very loud and claims to be one of the most well-trained and well-equipped army in the world, the U.S. Army faces the risk of failure in defending its national security in the face of uncertainties ahead. And to change the American Army culture and stay competitive, skilled professionals are needed because they know how to promote and protect the innovativeness of American soldiers.
