本文分析147例二尖瓣狭窄者术前二维超声心动图(二超)结果,与主肺动脉造影和冠状动脉造影比较,评价它们诊断左房血栓的敏感性及特异性。描述左房血栓的超声波学特点。探讨二超的血栓检出率与血栓部位、大小、性质之间的关系。阐明左房血栓与栓塞之间的关统,尤其是经二超证实的运动性左房血栓在栓塞发生上的临床意义所在。
This study analyzed 147 patients with mitral stenosis preoperative two-dimensional echocardiography (two ultra) results, and the main pulmonary artery angiography and coronary angiography compared to evaluate their sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis of left atrial thrombus. Describe the ultrasonographic features of left atrial thrombi. To investigate the relationship between the detection rate of thrombus and the location, size and nature of the thrombus in the second grade. To clarify the relationship between left atrial thrombus and embolism, especially the clinical significance of embolism in exercise-induced left atrial thrombus confirmed by two ultrasonography.
