本文用反相高效液相色谱外标法,测定单剂量(20mg/kg)静脉注射青藤减后不同时间兔体内血药浓度,并用Marquardt法迭代拟合,结果符合二室模型,其药代动力学参数为:t_(1/2)α0.62359hr;t_(1/2)β:2.73499hr;k_(21_:0.67946hr~(-1);k_(10):0.41468hr~(-1);k_(12):0.27089hr~(-1);AUC:14.38768(μg/m)·hr;CL:1.39008 L·kg~(-1)hr~(-1);VC:3.35216 L·kg~(-1);Vss:4.68861 L·kg~(-1)。
In this article, RP-HPLC external standard method was used to determine the concentration of blood in rabbits after single dose (20mg/kg) intravenous injection of Ivy at different time, and it was fitted by Marquardt method. The results were consistent with the two-compartment model. The kinetic parameters were: t_(1/2)α0.62359hr; t_(1/2)β: 2.73499hr; k_(21_: 0.67946hr~(-1); k_(10): 0.41468hr~(-1) K_(12): 0.27089 hr~(-1); AUC:14.38768(μg/m)·hr; CL:1.39008 L·kg~(-1) hr~(-1); VC: 3.35216 L·kg~ (-1); Vss: 4.66861 L·kg~(-1).
