在工业自动化控制中,凡用到传感器测量,都有一个对传感信号检测精度高、抑制噪声和抗干扰性能强的要求而要做到这一点,又不是一件很容易的事。比如传感器的采样点离控制台较远,传感器的引线引起干扰,随信号带来噪声。又如传感器的采样信号较小,信号与噪声的幅度接近。如此种种,往往难以取到正确的测量信号,给检测线路带来麻烦,给自动化控制带来不便。
